At Kamloops Training Grounds, Kelly delivers personalized coaching in strength training, metabolic conditioning and nutrition. Her goal is to deliver great results to every student while at the same time, creating a community where people connect with each other, support each other, and feel accepted no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
It is often hard to change fitness and nutrition habits. Kelly works with each student individually to understand where they are and what their goals are. Based on her experiences, she understands that everyone’s journey is unique. Her coaching includes customized training, education, accountability, and ongoing support based on each students’ strengths and challenges, so students get the results they want.
